CDC Publishes New Warnings for Healthcare Workers from Sheba Study

The U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s Emerging Infectious Disease Journal published the results of Sheba’s recent study of the impacts of vaccination on its healthcare workers in which 22 of 4,081 vaccinated health care workers tested positive for COVID-19 after getting their first dose. One of the study’s authors, Dr. Eyal Leshem said it was clear that some healthcare workers “were actually infected with COVID before they get their first dose.”
